The leg
press is another excellent exercise for legs.
The leg press primarily works the quadriceps and glutes.
The leg press is performed by placing your feet on the
platform slightly wider than shoulder width apart
with the toes pointing slightly outward. Slowly
lower the weight toward your chest but don't forget
to breathe during the movement. When your legs reach your
torso, without bouncing at the bottom, push the weight upward
to the starting position but be careful to not lock your knees
at the top.
